How it Works

Step 1: Schedule Your Session

• Choose a date and time that works for you and book a consultation with us using the book now button.

• We will give you a call and answer any questions you may have and book your session.

Step 2: We Capture Your Property

• We will arrive at the property and walk through the your move in checklist with you.

• We will then capture high resolution 360 photos covering all areas of your unit.

• Have you sign our contract.

• Payment

• Note: We don’t inspect or evaluate the property — we simply document its condition visually.

• Visual: Image of camera setup or property interior.

Step 3: Receive Your Digital Files

• Text: Within 1 business days, you’ll receive a secure link with your photos (.insp, .jpeg/png. You can view, download, or share them at any time.

• Visual: Screenshot of photo gallery or cloud delivery screen.
